This is our seventh home that we have bought and sold and I must say you have outshined every other real estate agent we previously had and we have definitely had some extremely good ones. I told Alex that there was absolutely no one else I would have considered for the sale of our home in this tough market. I must also say that you came closer to a full price sale at $359,000 than any of our previous agents with our other homes. Truly, we were not worried about the $900 difference that we agreed to on the final counter offer. Even though I am telling everyone about your superb service I’m sure everyone in my neighborhood already has you in mind when it comes to the sale or purchase of their next home.
